Purpose of
the company: The Social and Further Training Fund (SWF) of the Austrian Temporary Employment Agency is a public corporation that supports temporary workers from commercial temporary employment agencies both during a valid employment/service relationship and in the event of unemployment. The fund's tasks are regulated in § 22c of the AÜG (Austrian Temporary Employment Act). These include the support (promotion) of temporary workers and temporary employment agencies. In order to fulfill its tasks, the SWF provides services to finance training measures, but also direct services in the form of subsidies. The Federal Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs, Health, Care, and Consumer Protection (BMASGPK) acts as the supervisory authority.

Basic direction:
All SWF media serve to provide information and services to commercial temporary employment agencies and their employed or unemployed temporary workers.
